Refunds & Returns Policy:

At GenZ Detailing, our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with all of our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to request a refund or return.

Cancellations:

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • In the case of a cancellation with proper notice, you will be offered the option of rescheduling for a future appointment or receiving a full refund.
  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.​

Returns/Refunds:

As our services are performed on-site and are not tangible products, refunds are not applicable.

Rain Checks:

If inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control prevent us from completing the service, we will offer a rain check for a future appointment at your convenience.
